About Progress...

Progress was established in 2004 years ago with the aim of using plant and food education to strengthen communities in need. Today, they are creating well being and positive transferable skills through inner city development for the education of organic food growth and public art. Starting from the borough of Lambeth, Progress has worked from educational institutions, moving into the wider community (8-10 boroughs), encouraging the harder to reach and further, in the benefits of organic food growth and re-shaping for function and beauty.

About Exhale...

Exhale Training have been specializing in wellbeing programmes for adults and families for the past 10 years. They work with target groups who have been isolated from society due to factors ranging from religion, culture, financial situation and other circumstances which has now made them feeling excluded from their community. Some target groups they currently work with are Muslim women who are on low incomes and find it difficult to integrate with society which then leaves them struggling and vulnerable to mix with people from other backgrounds. Other groups who benefit from their programmes are young mums, fathers and sons, over 50’s and families.

The aim for their programmes is to change the individuals mind set which will improve their social skills giving them better social interaction whilst gaining confidence to motivate them to change their current lifestyle. Their objective is to encourage them to progress onto further education, volunteering, gain part time, full employment or go onto an Apprenticeship.
