These programmes run every school holiday and for up to 3 weeks in the summer We choose our activities based on feedback from our young people. These include;

  • Trampolining
  • Dance
  • Bowling
  • Circus Skills
  • Multi Sports
  • Arts activities

These are just a few of the activities we do together. If there is something you would like to do but it is not on our programme, we will try to include it for you. We work with lots of different people to make sure our activities are well organised and run by qualified staff.

By taking part in the Sports and Arts Programme you can;

  • Try something new
  • Learn new sports skills
  • Make friends and learn about other people
  • Be more active and healthy
  • Learn to become more independent in the transition into adulthood
  • Have the confidence to try other activities outside of this programme

Whilst we have an amazing group of children and young people we work with, we would love to hear from new people and are ready to welcome you to our programme.
